Sort: Water and Land TK worksheet

- Ages 4-5
- About 12 minutes
- Thinking Skills
- You need: Scissors and glue stick
A note for parents
This sort uses where something is found instead of what it looks like, which is a step up in thinking. Some pictures can go in more than one box; invite your child to defend their choice.
How to help
- Talk about where each picture lives or travels.
- Ask what they would put in a third box.
- Keep the cut pieces for a sorting game later.
Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
