Sort: Fruit and Animals TK worksheet

- Ages 4-5
- About 12 minutes
- Thinking Skills
- You need: Scissors and glue stick
A note for parents
Sorting is how children learn that things belong to groups. Ask your child why each picture goes in its box; the explaining is the learning. It takes about 12 minutes including cutting.
How to help
- Cut the strips apart for them if scissors are still new.
- Sort the pictures on the table before gluing anything.
- Ask: "What else could go in the fruit box?"
Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
