Color by Word TK worksheet

- Ages 4-5
- About 10 minutes
- Early Math
- You need: Crayons
A note for parents
Matching a color word to its color is an early reading skill, and coloring builds hand strength. Your child may recognize the words by their first letters, which is a good start.
How to help
- Point to the color dot beside each word to check the color.
- Say the color name and its first letter: "blue starts with b."
- It is fine to color outside the lines.
Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
