Letter Hunt: A and B TK worksheet

- Ages 4-5
- About 8 minutes
- Letters & Writing
- You need: Crayon or pencil
A note for parents
Searching a crowded grid for one letter trains the eyes to notice small differences between letters, such as B and P. It takes about 8 minutes and works well as a quiet-time activity.
How to help
- Use a crayon and have them circle each target letter.
- Count how many they found together and write the numbers at the bottom.
- Afterward, look for A and B on cereal boxes or street signs.
Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
