A note for parents

Knowing what comes next in the number line is the start of counting on. Singing or saying the count out loud helps them find the missing number.

How to help

Count out loud from 1 each time.
Use fingers or a number line if they are stuck.
Reversed numbers are normal at this age.

Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
