- Ages 4-5
- About 12 minutes
- Early Math
- You need: Scissors and glue stick
A note for parents
Flat shapes can be drawn on paper; solid shapes can be held. Sorting them shows the difference between 2D and 3D.
How to help
- Hold a flat paper shape and a solid block.
- Talk about how they are different.
- Find solid shapes at home.
Choose "Actual size" or "100%" when printing. A4 is 210 x 297 mm; US Letter is 8.5 x 11 in. The black-and-white version uses less ink.
